All-Hands Meeting Notes is written by the editorial team at Get Out! Events, a Singapore events company that plans town halls, conferences and other company gatherings.

Some notes link to planning guides published by Get Out! Events. They are our own guides, linked because they go into a topic in more depth, and they are not independent reviews.

How to use them

Treat each note as a starting checklist. Venue rules, permits and facilities change, so confirm current details with the venue. For shareholder meetings, take advice from your company secretary and check current requirements with ACRA and, where relevant, SGX. Nothing here is legal, governance or safety advice.

What we leave out

We do not publish client names, testimonials, statistics or rankings of venues and suppliers.
